Section 3:
Added Hasbro (corporate) employees to the list of ineligible participants.
Restriction of residents in the households of Hasbro / WotC employees from premiere events.
Section 19:
Clarification of Three-Judge system-- Three-judge system expressly forbidden for premiere events
Section 21:
Added a direct reference to insufficient randomization penalties including failure to make a "reasonable effort" to randomize.
Added the recommendation that players shuffle their opponent's deck.
Section 25:
Added clarification on conceding matches including;
- Players cannot offer bribes (actually already listed)
- Players cannot use a coin flip to determine a winner
Conditions for concession with prize split:
- Prize splitting is allowed only in single elimination finals
- Must be offered with a judge witnessing
- Prize split only includes prizes for first and second
- No other incentives may be included
Players may do prize splitting in any manner so long as it is not for a concession.
Players may reallocate prizes at will so long as all remaining players agree and no matches are conceded in conjunction with the reallocation.
Added LR5 storyline bribery notation.
Section 33:
Added clarification that cards must remain above the table even during sideboarding.
Section 35:
Added the "or a design" clause to the sleeve condition clause (don't use hard plastic sleeves).
Section 37:
Added entire section for Game Markers:
Cards that match a player's deck are not allowed.
Markers may not obscure the player's deck.
Section 74:
Signaling or showing cards in draft specifically prohibited.
