Pokémon City Championships 2007 - 2008

The Pokémon® TCG City Championships are premier events where players in each of the three POP-recognized age categories can compete to build their ratings (K value of 16)
The divisions currently are:

Junior Division: Born in 1997 or later
Senior Division: Born in 1993, 1994,1995 or 1996
Masters Division: Born in 1992 or earlier

Results of these tournaments count toward your Modified Constructed Rating! Prizes are awarded to the top 4 players in each age division.

1st Place wins 18 booster packs, a medal, and a bag of goodies
2nd Place wins 10 booster packs
3rd Place wins 4 booster packs
4th place wins 4 booster packs

Format: Modified Constructed
Players bring their decks with them. Each deck needs to have exactly 60 cards, with no more than 4 of any card except basic energy cards. Cards from the following sets are legal:

Holon Phantoms
Crystal Guardians
Dragon Frontiers
Power Keepers
Diamond and Pearl
Mysterious Treasures
Diamon & Pearl: Trainer Kit
POP series 4 and POP series 5 and POP series 6
All Black Star promos numbered 037-041 and DP01 and higher
and all new sets as they are released

Older cards (from prior sets)
can only be used if they have been reprinted in one of the sets listed above
Players need to write down their decks on a deck list (any plain piece of notepaper is fine)

Bring your POP ID card, if you have one. If you don't have a POP ID, one will be given to you at the event.
